Good luck with cleaning it, or even boiling water for pasta!
17 0 ReplyIt's easy to clean, just use water and wipe it clear. Never soap. If you put soap on it, you'll ruin the coating and will have to re-season your stovetop again.

11 0 ReplyThere's a restaurant in France that's been in the same family for 4 generations now, and they cook all meals in a stove just like this, with no pans.
Yhey've been accumulating the juices and flavours all this time, and while it takes a long time to cook a dish, the taste is absolutely unique.
Or so I've heard.
