100% a swinger house. I’d bet there’s an absurd number of bathrooms as well.
They probably shouldn't swing. Those chandeliers probably won't hold their weight.

6 beds, 8 baths on a few acres of land for not-too-much privacy, lots of off street parking. Swinger house seems pretty plausible. Whomever owned it definitely entertained parties of some sort quite a bit there
