No, this is not possible. Virt-manager is just a GUI over libvirt. For now libvirt doesn't support USB passthrought by port id, only by device id (which changes on each plug) or vendor id.
Hello! I need to create a VM and passthrought some host USB port to it. Sadly libvirt doesn't support QEMU built-in feature to use -hostport argument (which was added 10 years ago...). I tried to add custom arguments to domain (<qemu:commandline>) but this didn't work. When I just run qemu-system-x86_64 -device host-usb,hostbus=X,hostport=Y -usb everything works well. It seems like libvirt restricts some QEMU actions. How can I fix this? OS: Debian 12

Recenty I changed my old NVidia GPU with nouveau to AMD. I installed firmware-amd-graphics and set up radron kernel driver. But when I try to start X11 with default config (X -configure) it fails with no screen error. Kernel radeon driver works well and tty resolution is proper. When I try run Debian live usb X.org works well. Xorg.0.log: https://pastebin.com/7tsvGA7r OS: Debian 12
I left PostUp as is and didn't try removing -o))
Then I have the opposite question: why Apple won't open IPhones for side loading if it will feet more money?
What Systemd compatibility I need to run Graphics session?
If you're using an Intel chip look into GVT-g and consider running Arch from a VM, that'll be the closest thing to native.
I want to start clear Arch Wayland session on one my ttys and want to Arch have full direct hardware access.
The unfortunate thing about running an Arch container from a Debian host is that you're relying on an older kernel
I use latest Linux-libre on my Debian machine and everything works well.
If you are very, very lucky Arch will just work inside the container, but IME that's fairly rare as systemd often has breaking changes over several releases (and Arch tends to be at least several releases ahead of Debian.)
As I mentioned earlier I tried running Archbox. It is basically script to easy set up chroot. The main problem was that compositor couldn't connect to Wayland socket.
Why I need a full isolated container? Can't I just use chroot?
I don't think I can run native Wayland session from container
I am using Debian for long time and really like it for stability. Recently I wondered if it is possible to run Arch Linux from chroot. I want to run full Wayland session from Arch. I found Archbox project and it is worked for me, but I couldn't start any Wayland compositor from tty (Error: can't connect to Wayland socket . ). How can I properly do this? Or maybe there is a better way than chroot?
Thanks for help. Everything is fixed, read post update

I didn't connect any client yet.
I removed all PostUp rules and cleared iptables but still the same problem
I installed WireGuard on my host and set this configuration /etc/wireguard/wg0.conf

Upd. Fixed my changing server WireGuard IP to 10.0.1.1. 10.0.0.1 was already taken
Last two weeks every time I use Piped I am getting error "Sign in to confirm you are not a bot". It happens on every instance and videos work very rarely. It seems like Google enforces you to log in if you try watch lot of videos from one IP. I hope this will not be end of Piped and there will be solution for this problem.
Upd. I got similar problem on Invidious recently

Many people use Mastodon to follow PeerTube channels. It is very convenient that you can fetch videos to your feed and even post comments & replies from your account. But you need to login to PeerTube to like videos. Is there a way to improve this?
