What are some of the best purchases of your life?
    1. Kitchenaid! I bake bread every week and it makes it so much faster/easier. Also good for mixing stuff and making fancy whipped creams
    2. Double full motion monitor arm. This helps me save desk space and allows me to move my screens around depending on what I'm doing. For example when I play FPS games I move the main one from the left to the center (closer to my face)
    3. Battery powered air compressor and jump starter for my car. No need to be stranded waiting for a jump or have keep quarters for low tires.
    4. Weber kettle and WSM, very solid grill and smoker. I use em all the time.
    5. A good mattress! I bought one made locally in Texas, so comfy

  • I'm on two right now. It seems like there are issues with comments loading from other instances. For example I commented on a post hosted on instance A from my instance B, but I couldn't see the replies to my comment without going to instance A directly. This left me unable to see or respond directly to their reply without making an account on instance A

  • Dutch Oven recipes
  • I like to make a variation zuppa tuscana (the olive garden soup) in mine.

    • 1lb spicy italian sausage
    • 1lb bacon, cut small
    • 4-6 big potatos depending on size, cut small
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 bulb garlic, crushed
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 big box of chicken broth
    • 1 bag spinach
    • Crushed red pepper

Brown the sausage with red pepper first then remove. Start to cook onions and garlic then add and cook bacon. Add broth and potatoes. Once potatoes are cooked add sausage back in. Finish with heavy cream and spinach. The whole bag of spinach seems crazy at first but it will shrink fast.

This clam chowder recipe is really good too: https://www.spendwithpennies.com/new-england-clam-chowder/
