Is it really Silksong behind this? Though I enjoyed the first game I’ve not been desperately waiting for the sequel and I’ve never heard anyone talking about it IRL.
It is but this kind of cultural change takes generations. I remember a couple of years ago seeing a newspaper article celebrating Rabat having its first female taxi driver, then a few months later I saw a video of a kid being beaten by her Dad because she had a boyfriend. There’s a big cultural divide between the people who’ve been raised with traditional values and the newer generations who been raised by the internet. Moroccans are not worldly people.
This whole thing feels like a waste of effort and just a massive distraction. PA were banned because they tried to sabotage military resources, not because they’re supporting Palestine. Just rebrand and move on.
If the government allowed it then suddenly the Russians, Chinese, Iranians, etc, would all be outfitting protest groups to undermine the UK’s military preparedness.
This is fine by me as it makes comparing prices cheaper when I’m trying to avoid Amazon. I remember once recently I tried to avoid Amazon and found some website where it was a couple of quid cheaper so I went with it. First I had to create an account, then I had to let them save my payment details, then they added tax to the item, then they added delivery, then they added tax on the delivery, then I remember some other arbitrary admin fee or something, and at the end it was nearly twice the price. So I told them to delete my account and I went with Amazon.
It’s called Auditory Processing Delay, it’s pretty common in people with ADHD. I get it myself. It’s kind of like your attention is elsewhere and you “record” what somebody’s said and then replay it and process it once you’re done with your current train of thought.
What’s even brought this on? I can almost understand stuff like this after an Islamic extremist terrorist attack or something but nothing’s happened in ages.
I know this is easy to say but you really need to get rid of her and start seeing other people. She’s not interested. You’ll probably look back one day and you won’t understand why you were so hung up on her.
Everyone’s scared of Reform getting in and yet Reform are the only ones promising to reverse all this. All this is done based off the back of a 2016 survey where parents said they were worried about kids watching porn on the internet, but the survey gave no indication of what a solution would look like and gave no mention to online age verification and banning VPNs.
I don’t think they’re exceptional but I think they have the resources to try things other countries simply can’t. Individuals from different countries are particularly exceptional but if you look through history all the inventions are artistic creations have always come from the countries with the most disposable income / resources.
I wouldn’t really call it something anybody’s been asking for. I had it as a kid but it wasn’t a game my friends were clamouring to come round and play. I still hope it’s good though.
I used to do French classes and we would go round the room and have to say what we did on the weekend (in French of course). I think everyone thought I was shit at French but in reality I just couldn’t remember what I’d done on the weekend.
