Those look tasty! The pressure cooker is a great time saver, and the broiler makes a nice bark, but even with some liquid smoke in the water they aren't quite the same. I wouldn't say "worse," but expectations should be managed. Edit to add-natural or slow release is important, if you dump the pressure right away you will have stringy goo.

I didn't get a good picture of the 🍍pork fried rice, but it made aterrific Nasi Goreng for hungover Sunday breakfast.

Yeah my problem with the 3 bucks is that 2.50 of it is going straight to reddit's rent seeking. I hope it works out with dBrady and relay, but it will be without me.

Relay said they are going to try $3/month subscription model.

I definitely got my money's worth out of Relay Pro, but I can't justify the subscription.

Changes/notes: I tossed the tofu in cornstarch and garam masala before frying to make a crust, the crust unfortunately melted in the sauce, next time I'll probably add the tofu at the end (or just follow the instructions)

Used frozen peas, corn, and spinach, and a can of chick peas.

Coconut milk worked great in place of cream.

I like to toss the tofu cubes in some corn starch and appropriate spices (Chinese ⁵ spice or ancho chili powder are favorites) before I fry them. Makes a lovely crust.

I've never made korma, but I've eaten plenty and that one looks lovely.

Wingspan is such a pretty game, maybe a little overly complicated, but not as bad as Mandy Patinkin might lead you to believe.

I don't like Azul as much, but Mrs. Trabic and our friend love it. I think it may be a difference in learning styles.

I nuked both of my alts, but I haven't been able to pull the trigger on the 10 year old main account yet.

Maybe once I get the rest of my recipes and stuff over here I'll scorch the earth, but there are still too many memories in there.

The only thing I'm missing from RIF and relay is two pane landscape mode with the post feed on one side and the content of a selected post on the other for the tablet, but really great job so far!
