Interesting! We had a "jail" on each side for tagged players. They could be "freed" by an untagged player from their team, but they had to return to their side before resuming play. Water guns sound like a fun additional element.

That's only the case if you have a monopoly on production. Someone else could also make it for 15$, and sell it for 49$, forcing you to lower your prices to stay competitive.

What is preventing this with EVs?

Technically, they made many small splashes, as they broke up on reentry. So far, only Ships 29, 30, and 31 (all Block 1) have survived reentry.
