Is that actually happening though? Last I checked people were seemingly free to spread all kinds of Covid misinformation on social media.

Around 20km from the town I was born in. Never lived there though, so it's not really my home but definitely part of my home region. I do currently live in the village and house I grew up in, which I would consider as home.

Sonic is much less popular in Japan, where Sega is from, than in the west. So the Japanese management might not see Sonic as such an important franchise.

How inheritance works depends on the country. In my country (Germany), there is a mandatory portion of your wealth that each child will get as inheritance, no matter what the will says. Fully disinheriting your own children is only possible under some very narrow circumstances, such as the child being convicted with a felony serving more than a year of prison time.

Somehow didn't expect them to pick such a young actor for Link, even though it does correspond to Link's age in many of the games.

I'm really curious to see more of this movie. I think Zelda is a really difficult series to adapt well.

The problem with that is that all of these platforms also use the same big payment providers, meaning they're just as likely to be forced to remove these sorts of games.

I guess for inheritance reasons, it would make sense to correct my birth certificate to my biological parents. In that sense, I would feel happy, because I'd have a massive inheritance coming my way at some point. Other than that though, it wouldn't make any difference to me, I'd still feel like the parents I grew up with were the "real" ones.

They'd never do that, as it would severely limit their userbase. Throwing out a couple games, especially when it's ultra-niche stuff like "futanari incest" games, is the much easier and more sensible move for Valve.

Always good to let this kind of drama develop for a couple weeks before passing any judgement. Not to say I fully believe the publisher's narrative either. But maybe it's not the time for grandiose proclamations of a boycott yet.

It was already clickable for me on the web UI, but apparently the correct formatting depends on the client as it doesn't work in voyager.

It seems useful to me. When you've installed a new application you can immediately see which category it was put in. That said, glad it can be turned off for those who don't like it.

No not really, games like the mainline Zelda and Mario titles have really long development cycles.

I guess I was thinking about civilizations that practiced human sacrifice (e.g. in Mesoamerica) and generally civilizations where outsiders were not welcome (e.g. Edo-era Japan).

Assuming I could go back at some point, ancient Rome in its heyday would be a sight to see. I'd love to go sightseeing to almost any ancient civilization really. At least the ones where I wouldn't immediately get killed.

Eine einzelne Wespe baut jetzt kein neues Nest mehr auf. Entweder das Nest ist woanders und die Wespe sucht z.b. Nahrung oder Baumaterial oder es ist wie du in einem anderen Beitrag geschrieben hast eine Solitärwespe. Aber du musst dir keine Sorge machen dass da dieses Jahr noch ein großes Wespennest entsteht.
