And by doing so you're normalizing your kids to surveillance, which is a big part of why privacy is being eroded
That's pretty much been my opinion of this entire story arc. It's felt like it's dragging on way more than season 1
Read "Night" by Eli Weisel
Maybe that will finally kill off the giant amorphous blob of human rights violations known as FIFA
I'm switching to Linux soon, and I'll probably have to swap my NZXT cooler out for a tower cooler since their shitty control software won't work
After the boring disasters of seasons 2 & 3 and the lazy cliché of Raphtalia actually being a princess this whole time, this show is dead to me. I dont get why anyone has bothered to continue giving this series the time of day, even the light novel readers.
Would a federated discovery frontend work? Peertube's back end of the service would probably work great as a starting point since it uses torrents to ease up on traffic for individual servers
Not sure if that's supposed to be sarcasm
To be honest, I think it had a decent chance to be Fallout 5, but in space. Maybe if they doubled the number of companions (read: not followers) and put all the new ones in different factions. I honestly expected the lady who pulls you into the gang in the ocean city would be a follower with how fleshed out she was
Plus, there's a "all my homies hate skrillex" effect here; the series is massively more popular now, but the newcomers have a different idea of what makes a zelda game a zelda game.
This is wht I don't play Warframe anymore. I started back when crowd control was crucial, and played Nyx almost constantly. But after Mesa was added, the game slowly shifted to being more focussed on killing enemies as fast as possible. I finally quit the game from a combination of the mods going crazy and newer players berating me in chat for playing as Nyx despite me dealing most of the damage in the mission we were playing.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Starfield. I just wish I didn't spend half of my time trying to build the optimal bases for trading hubs. Apart from that, everything was good
Just to piggyback off your comment, Roko's Basilisk is what created the Zizzians, a group of people who drove themselves crazy with these logic puzzle to the point that they started a pseudo-cult and started murdering people a couple of years ago. There's a couple of episodes of Behind the Bastards featurinf them if anyone wants to know more.
What manga is this? Rental Girlfriend?
Wireless android auto hasn't worked with VPN's for years. It's because the service is now baked into the OS, preventing it from split tunneling.
Switch to wired and it'll work
The same reason there aren't bear-proof trash cans. There's a lot of overlap in intelligence levels between people and bears
AnnoyingPCB?
On an unrelated note, I've been wondering how hard it would be to swap out the sound file for a screaming goat and time it to go off at a random time every night
How in the hell is EA still not dead?
Sports games
I remember seeing an article about it a month back. It's just the backend that they're open sourcing, since that will let it be audited for bugs, help the community make mods for private servers, and help other studios in the future since the backend is the hard part about making MMO's. The devs are wanting to maintain ownership of assets like art and writing so those will not be oprn source
Currently getting my first media server set up, and I'm wondering what the best directory would be for all the stored files. For reference, I'm working with Ubuntu server to follow the guide I'm using.
Mainly, I'm wondering if I should migrate /home/ to my RAID array, or leave /home/ where it is and create a new directory on the RAID array. Currently the server will just be for my use, but might expand it for others to use
I've been wanting a suppressor for my rifle for awhile, but with the incoming administration I'm worried about having my fingerprints on file due to the tax stamp. On the other hand, I'm seeing a bunch of people recommending suppressors on the subreddit and they don't seem to care. Is my worry reasonable or unfounded?
I'm looking into building my first NAS/Jellyfin server, and one thing I keep wondering about is whether I should try and make it work as a Sunshine server to stream games to my TV via Moonlight.
On my current desktop, I mainly do this for emulated games or former console exclusives. That being said, I'd rather not use my desktop as a server, hence wanting to cram it into a NAS/Jellyfin server. Is this a good idea? Or should I drop it and keep the media server separate?
Per the title, I remember TheDude mentioning that he will set up a way to donate money to help cover server expenses months back. I haven't seen a link yet and wondering if that's been done
As the title says, Yuzu is being a hassle. I'm having to reconfigure my controller every single session, which is extremely annoying when I'm streaming it through Moonlight/Sunshine and have to either walk all the way across the house to fix it or use the controller to emulate a mouse.
Also, Yuzu is "saving" my configurations, but only in name. Every time I open it up in the configuration menu, all my button remappings (ex: flipping face buttons) are reset to default.
Is there anyone willing and able to help with this?
