Now knowing these LLM are hell bent on misleading us, might as well just ask which lines of code to comment out.

long story short, the answer to your question is use the virtualenv (venv) absolute path to the Python binary. With the python absolute path there is no need to activate the venv.

What you are describing is not AI. It's text2speech and speech recognition which has been around for 30 years. Same with extracting text from an image.

Look into kaldi and openfst which have been around for ages.
