Personally, I would recommend incorporating more fish into the diet instead of taking a fish oil supplement, but that’s just me.
I eat just about everything I catch. Unfortunately in the winter I don’t catch much. 😂 In the summer it’s catfish, trout, or bass every week.
It seems a little “trash TV” but ignoring that I kind of like it? Learned some things from the show. Seems to be mostly city folk moving out to the country without doing any research beforehand

Title. I have taken melatonin every single night for 15 years. I’ve attempted to stop or cut the dosage of melatonin but if I quit taking it I can only get a few hours sleep each night. I didn’t realize that this was a supplement that you can be become dependent on. Has anyone else experienced this?
