Trump was just indicted for trying to steal the 2020 election
  • Great to see you over here! So happy. Thanks for the great post.

  • Android users who don't use the stock launcher - what launcher do you use, and what do you like about it?
  • I use smart launcher. Have for probably 7 or 8 years. Never paid for it... Free version is perfectly functional. Pixel 6 pro.

I have six icons on my home screen, I love the double tap feature that can launch another app from those home screen apps. The app pages take no more than 3 buttons to find any app since it is sorted by letter or category.

It's easy. I haven't even really thought about using anything else.

  • What's your favorite old school forum?
  • Anything phpbb still makes me smile.

  • How to get over not having a good college experience?
  • My college experience was similar. It ultimately led nowhere for me. I don't have a single contact anymore from my college. I don't work in the field my degree was in. It really only served to show me what I didn't want in life in retrospect. While I still had some fun and enriching experiences, college was only the reason I was where those took place. I graduated almost 10 years ago. College was basically the next highschool for me which I look back and think was a waste of time. 10 years on, I barely remember anything I learned.

Life gets better after college. Don't worry about it. Cheers pal.

I wanted to get this update out... As I believe the top bar is entirely more usable than the sidebar. It is of basic functionality and works nicely. Next release will allow you to pin favorite communities to the top bar (shown when you are not searching for a community).

Also, exciting news, we are beginning to explore adding LemmyTools functionality to the "Instance Assistant for kbin & lemmy!" by cynber browser addon found: https://github.com/cynber/lemmy-instance-assistant & !instance_assistant@lemmy.ca.

For now, I will keep the updates for the UserScript version of LemmyTools as is while integration into the addon is being worked.

I am having a lot going on in my personal life so that is why updates are a bit slower. Thank you to cwagner for making the lovely user tagger feature as of last release as that is a nifty feature.

Please feel free to tell me what you think about everything.

New LemmyTools Bar - Top Bar - Coming soon! ala old.aliensite influence.

Made some real progress on this. Still want to add a few features before releasing. I am liking this better than the sidebar already. Namely want to add the customizable personal list you can drag/drop communities to to "pin" them to the bar. New options icon too. Still some to do but the functionality is very nice and is coming along. Still styling to do... etc..

Just thought I'd share. I am having a whole lot going on in personal life right now so it may be a few days before I can get this out. Maybe not, just depends :)

    Just wanted to share

I'm having such a hard time finding adderral at pharmacies around me. Is there any alternatives that still work well for you? I'm about to have a follow up with my doctor. Might ask about alternatives. I'm on 20mg adderral XR.

Today was a rough day... I hope you had a good one!

That is all... She is coming down with maybe a sinus infection or a cold and was pretty difficult this afternoon. Throwing tantrums over the smallest things. We had to put her in a timeout for the first time (For 2 minutes :D) She did really good and cooled off in that short amount of time... She handled it well. I am proud of that. Poor little thing..

Parenting has amazing highs and today it was one of those days where you are worn out.

    Hope your doing well.

For those with younger kids, What are some group activities that you take them to to socialize and learn? Gymnastics, Library Events, etc...

We are older parents without a lot of friends that have kids.... We have done a few below but what are some other ideas? She isn't in daycare or anything so her socialization with other kids is limited! We love giving her every experience we can.

    We've done so far:

    • Baby "swim" lessons
    • Library Reading and Play Times
    • Parent and Me style "Gymnastics" class.

What are some others one that are out there?
