Alive, sure. However would the Backup EMH be active after that occurred? Supposedly in the 31st century this EMH is long separated from Federation. Maybe they don’t wish to be active without the people they knew? On top of that they are a backup. Does this version survive the events of “Living Witness”? Will it wish to preserve itself in case it can be reunited with Voyager (or somehow returned to 24th century).

EDIT: We can only assume they got separated and unable to return to Federation due to events of DIS. Before DIS, it would be assumed the Federation was still in a stable state we saw it during 24th century.

I swear Universal said Jurassic World: Dominion would be the last movie for the franchise, then two years later they announced Rebirth.

EDIT: I realize this was the U.S. tariffs likely having an impact. It would have been nice if The Wand Company could have let U.S. based buyers know what the intended price was prior to the tariff impact. Secondly due to the way it sold out when it initially went on sale in the U.K., having no public listing means I can’t go back and buy this without a private link that TWC is emailing.
