Also, if you'd like to post so much NSFW that you'd overrun the instance or communities with it, create dedicated communities instead. We'd like to keep a sex-positive environment here but without forcing it on anyone. (Which means don't be horny in SFW threads.)\n\n - No \"male gaze\" posts. If you post any lesbian art or other fanwork, make sure it's actually sapphic and not just women performing for a (presumably male) viewer's enjoyment. This is especially relevant to NSFW art, but it applies to all posts, SFW or NSFW.\n\n - Trans women are women, for those who need the clarification.\n\n6. Do not put spoilers in the title, image, or text content of a post; keep it in the comments for now. We're aware that this is a bit janky but unfortunately there's no way to prevent inadvertently showing spoilers to others for now. If Lemmy implements better rendering of spoilers, we will relax this rule (after some delay to let other instances catch up to the latest version) to the greatest extent that people can still opt out of.\n\n - Update: 0.18.1 seems to have resolved this. We're monitoring community adoption.\n\n7. Keep the scope of communities in mind. There will be overlaps and you're welcome to crosspost, but make sure the posts you make are relevant to the community you're posting them to.
