Oh yes I'd love for arm to become more common. Since arm is somewhat more open compared to x86, we could see some fierce competition between the different chip manufacturers.

Sounds like a problem specific to your hardware/setup. I've never had any issues with pipewire.

I recommend you try a live dvd with plasma 6 and check for yourself. I think kde neon should have it.
Certain games need proprietary codecs that will not be included in upstream proton because of licensing. GE is a community project and is therefore not subject to the licensing.
