I've worked with tons of clients that have "successfully used GoDaddy for years" while they are paying far more for a domain that nearly any other registrar, they are forced to pay for a basic SSL certificate that is free anywhere else, they are tricked into buying services that that don't need and literally makes things worse and more difficult.
But ask someone who actually knows webdev and web hosting and you'll hear all about the issues that are there in plain sight.
GoDaddy very simply preys on people who don't know any better.
That's not a good argument for GoDaddy. It just means that you and your company don't care and are not qualified to make any claims about GoDaddy's actual service.
The problem is they are screwing you over without you knowing about it. Just because you're oblivious doesn't mean it's not happening. Yes, they make it easy to give them money, but the services they provide are horrendous when you know how they compare.
Of course, if you're not qualified to determine how bad they are then you're not going to see much of it. Just like if you don't know anything about cars and your mechanic charges you way too much and for things that you don't need, like "blinker fluid", and you just think "oh this is fine", that doesn't mean that's not an awful mechanic.

Those symbols are from Sync, which is what I use.
The first symbol means that's you.
The second means it was deleted, if you didn't do it then a mod or admin did.
The last symbol means that person is banned in that community.
I'm looking for an app, that does not have ads or in-app purchase kind of stuff, that has a robust feature to add text over an image. I want to be able to customize the text's font face, size, style (bold, italic, underline, etc), color, outline, and background.
Even better would be if it allows me to start by pasting an image from clipboard, and more so if I can copy the image back to clipboard after edits.
Ideally, something that is FOSS, but I wouldn't mind paying for an app if it's good and doesn't have a bunch of needless tracking.

I'm trying to figure out how I can choose an image in my clipboard when the media picker window comes up.
For example, if I'm on imgur.com and I want to upload an image in my clipboard, there is no option for me to paste into the input field.
Ideally, I would like to have something available in the media picker to paste from clipboard. That would allow using clipboard for any app.

I was recently 'complaining' about how I find the name for Vermillion was difficult for me because it seems like it should be a green color. Since "ver" usually means green, like "verde".

Is there any particular reason why pasting an image from clipboard works in some places, but not others? I have not been able to determine what prevents it from working? Is this an issue with Sync? It doesn't seem to depend on the Lemmy instance.
The number of times a run gets ruined or I just die outright because I accidentally tap the wrong place or just accidentally tap the screen at all is making me want to stop playing entirely.
Nearly every time it's entirely out of my control and something causes it to happen.
That gap between the search and quick slots? You can click there and your character will move. Many times I will be trying to search and my character will go kill themselves instead. !
I desperately need to be able to select a tile and confirm the action to move or attack.
Edit: Another small thing this would resolve is when I intend on examining something and I thought I hit the examine button but apparently missed, then I end up doing something I did not intend on doing. This literally just happened to me where I was trying to examine the two crystal chests in a room to determine what kind of items are inside, and instead of examining one of them I just opened the chest.
This little notification blocks my ability to click things and cannot be dismissed, so I have to wait for it to go away. And sometimes it just doesn't go away. When scrolled to the bottom I can't click on the post to view the comments.
Assuming I am not just unable to find the button for it, can we get a button to view the mod logs?
