You keep trying to lie about me. The irony of your comment here is that it is harassment in itself. Stop trying to harass me.
Your low-effort trolling is sad. You are only digging your hole even deeper.
Why would I not want them to address it when they would most likely ban it or require explicit tags allowing people to filter it out?
My entire issue here is with you and your disgusting behavior, not AI.
Here's some clear cut rules for you:
- Don’t be shitty.
- Follow the Anarchist Code of Conduct.*
- [...] no comment trolling, dogpiling, or downvote trolling is allowed.
- When going to other communities, respect their rules and ours.†

*What is Unacceptable
Harassment :
- Abuse of any type,
- Bullying, stalking, intimidating, following,
- Inappropriate sexualized imagery,

†Do not engage in content manipulation such as posting spam content, vote manipulation through using several user accounts or consistently down-voting a user. Vote for the content, not for the person.
You must also not vote on content posted by other accounts under your control,
the constant anti ai bullshit is so annoying
What is far more annoying is AI constantly being shoved into everything and everywhere. It's impossible to escape. People are far more tired of shit AI than anyone could possibly claim to be about "anti ai."
He’s 100% right when he talks about the tag teaming and brigading.
Absolutely wrong. Brigading and "tag teaming" would require a concerted effort. What you're claiming is just separate individuals who all don't like AI being shoved down their throat everywhere and people attempting to pass it as genuine content.
Marking AI content as AI generated and allowing people to filter it out would solve all of these issues. That is the only real disconnect. Don't try to turn it into some bullshit conspiracy theory because you're encountering other people who disagree with you. That shit is worse than what you falsely accuse as "brigading" and "tag teaming."
More importantly, there is no need to bring that argument in here. Why even try to bother with supporting that argument here and now when this is a thread about a user being a complete scumbag and having been manipulating votes. This thread is not about that argument at all.
I think he’s messing with you guys when bringing up the egg
That's harassment. Why even defend this behavior? Why are you here? Just to complain about "anti ai"? This is not the time or place.
There's a few ways of seeing votes. IMO they should be visible all the time.
Moderators can see the votes of posts and comments in the subs they moderate.
Admins can see all votes federated to their instance.
Users have to use a separate tool for it. In this case I used Lemvotes.
I love Hieronymus Bosch. He paints some wacky stuff.
I have been posting memes to this sub with high up-votes.
Irrelevant. Having lots of votes does not give you any right to mistreat people and break the rules.
There is a group of users who are going around to your sub and harassing/down-voting your users for using AI.
Many people do not like AI for very valid reasons. There is even a community with over 3,000 subscribers because how people dislike AI -> https://lemmy.world/c/fuck_ai
The irony here, which is what I was trying to point out, they use AI memes themselves, just go through their posts.
This is a flat-out lie. For example, you claim my comment, where I remade a meme to get a higher quality version and shared it, was AI but that image has been around since 2015.
This issue didn’t start with using alts, it started with them harassing…and down-voting… about using AI, which to my knowledge, is not illegal on your sub, else most of your posters would be banned. This all reminds me of why I left reddit.
It started with you harassing people and posting a porn image. You brought attention to yourself with disgusting comments which made me notice the odd pattern of votes. Because why would people upvote someone who is harassing people by digging up irrelevant comments and lying about them as well as posting porn and even worse without even tagging it?
It has become apparent that @rodneyck@lemmy.world has been manipulating votes by voting with multiple accounts on other instances.
At the very least, on this post they have upvoted it using multiple accounts with the same username on different instances, as well as multiple votes in the comments of that post. It's very likely they are doing the same on all their posts.
They are also harassing other users by digging up comments/posts then lying about them in order to slander the other person.
The comment chain on this thread shows this behavior: https://lemmy.world/post/32414918/18033196 (Note that there is an unmarked NSFW image from that user in the comments. This was used as an attempt to harass another user.)
What exactly is creepy about it? It's basic investigation with information that mods/admins have. I'm just using a separate tool to see the votes. It was suspicious when votes were aligning in a pattern favoring them when they are clearly being an awful person. So, I checked the info. Mods and admins can view the upvotes/downvotes of posts and comments similar to what you can see in the screenshot.
I'm glad you're engaging now, and plan to take action.
While I appreciate the apology, I have to point out that you originally upvoted their comment digging up an irrelevant comment of mine and lying about it. That's harassment.
It was also in response to a comment I made as a reply to their comment where I was calling them out for posting porn.
That's a bit more than just "mindless." I hope you consider taking more care in the future.
Oh no! I'm downvoting posts? A core feature of Lemmy? What have I done?!
"harrassing"? There's that slandering again. You've already been caught lying and attempting to slander just in this comment thread alone, not to mention breaking the community and instance rules. Why would anyone trust anything you have to say?
Wow. @rodneyck@lemmy.dbzer0.com is manipulating votes by voting with multiple accounts:
These are the upvotes for this comment:
And these are the upvotes for the comment with porn:
Also, @fxomt@lemmy.dbzer0.com, an admin of the dbzer0 instance, is upvoting their comments and downvoting people who are pointing out this awful behavior. That admin is supporting this user who is posting porn to a community that explicitly forbids porn and who is harassing users by trying to dig up posts in their history that are completely irrelevant and then lying about them to try to slander them.
-- Edit --
Checking the main post, they have also voted with multiple accounts on it, too. It seems that this user is likely manipulating all their posts or posts against them. Perhaps there's other accounts that they use, too. @db0@lemmy.dbzer0.com Do you have any thoughts on this?
You're being a total piece of shit and an idiot. That image is from 2015 and it's clearly two different people.
The fuck is wrong with you? Why are you needlessly attacking Novaling for pointing out the truth? That and you're posting porn to this community.
New version with better quality and in superior dark mode
I've never really thought about it that hard, but I have noticed that a lot of times I have trouble getting the star to fit the spot I intended and it winds up being squished and/or lopsided. I've always used 13524, but 52413 makes a lot of sense for solving that issue.
Better than the alt text or just the username in text, including a link to the post in the description will not only help users but also the artist themselves.
They will also delete any comments that complain about AI at all, even though there is no rule against it.
/--edit--/ After second look, that's not entirely true, but they definitely have a trigger finger for it and leave plenty of other "off-topic" comments.
Considering the amount of posts deleted, it should have just been locked instead of nuking comments with a negative view of AI
Here's the thread in the screenshot: https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/43426671/18476015
Also, here you can see other's seem to think this was an attempt to silence dissent (though, I don't think that this coming from drag is a great point for it): https://lemmy.ca/post/43313594
/--/
Just look at this completely insane comment from an instance admin: !
I would greatly like to be able to filter posts that link to certain domains.
For example, I want to filter all posts that link to the gamingonlinux website, because the owner of that website sucks and I find that site to be overall useless.
I guess that this 50501 movement has somehow gained some recent popularity from somewhere, but the sheer volume of content, communities, and even instances seems weird.
Where did this all come from and why did it seem to come as a sudden flood?
Is there a way to limit the size of posts in the "full" layout? I prefer this style over the cards, but some posts are really.... really.........reaaaallly long.

Does anyone happen to know of a list of items that can burn?
For example, if I want to set off a fire trap but don't want to lose an item.
Thanks!
