  • There is a shield which kinda behaves this way? The more you hold it up, the less efficient it is. So raising your shield just before being hit will protect you the most, kinda like a deflect. There is no impact on the opponent though.

The dodges are also different from other FromSoft games: there is no i-frames, so you can only dodge by physically dodging the attack, not just dodging at the correct moment

  • Yeah, her husband shared it when he announced the news on Tuesday (or Monday?).

  • Dear Ann.

    Sorry about that

  • Yeah. i absolutely suck at art. I don't have the imagination, the skills, nor the perseverance to do it.

But using "AI" to do that? It would make me feel even worse because I wouldn't even make anything

  • Don't forget about the commune of trans girls who will also weirdly be into Hearts of Iron and Warhammer 40k

  • And the restaurant is basically randomly putting food from other restaurants in the plate instead of cooking.

  • Yeah I'm French, and during the game there are several moments where I'm hearing part of some lyrics where I'm "wait a second, is the music actually spoiling the plot?"

  • You can go from France to Germany by tram in 20 minutes tho. (If you live in Strasbourg of course)

  • And to be fair, most of these games would still be challenging at a lower difficulty. I expect that the late game bosses of Lies of P would remain difficult in the second difficulty setting (maybe not as much in the first setting, but for now we don't know what to expect)

  • The bigger focus on the roads would make sense. It was a big weakness of the previous game, and they had a big rework of the driving AI recently.

If they manage to make the passenger transportation and road flow mechanics inside the cities interesting that would be fantastic.

  • Okay yes I see it now, that would have been so much better

  • Explaining the Death Star plans isn't the point of the movie though. It's really a movie to say "okay, you've seen the Rebellion through the eyes of the heroes, and the Clone Wars from the point of view of Jedi. Now let's see how it looked like from the point of view of the random soldiers that were also there and aren't mentioned by name"

It's really a movie to show the other side of the revolt against the Empire. (And, even though it's not a movie, Andor continues this idea and is giving us a frankly impressive result)

And really I'd say that just the fact that Rogue One is really the first movie to give some room to normal, non Jedi people makes it so important.

  • It's an alternative to Instagram

  • Yeah I relate a lot with you on that. But I never managed to actually keep at it. I've tried 5 times to pick up the guitar again after giving it up, and always failed.

That didn't really improve my mental health and self-esteem, ngl. So yeah, all props to you!

  • Is there one for "hugs okay, but I'm not talking"?

  • If you need to dual boot, you should also use a dedicated disk to prevent Windows from deleting your Linux. It has been known to happen

  • What, no, socks are step one, while you're waiting for your prescription.

  • Yeah, didn't give any money to McDonalds in years, but it's not because I'm boycotting. It's just bad,and there are better alternatives everywhere

  • On the other hand, if it's someone alone and dressed very averagely but not buff, then that's just me.
