Almost as bad as Isobel provoking three attacks of opportunity, just so she can move five feet and cast a buff spell on someone who was already within range and sight.
That's awesome! I had no idea about the different methods for refining gold.
Tadmekka is part of my realm in my current Crusader Kings III campaign, so this caught my eye. It's fun to play in the Sahara desert and still find ways to build a strong economy through irrigation, mining, and trading.
The UK can't get hurricanes. Any storm that far away from the tropics, by definition, is not a hurricane (and is statistically likely to be far weaker and less destructive than a hurricane). So nobody would have had the opportunity to shoot at a hurricane in the UK in the first place.
Yep! The Great Pyramid of Giza was completed about 2400 years before Cleopatra was born, whereas the first iPhone was released about 2074 years after Cleopatra was born.
Personally I laughed out loud because I expected it to be one of those "mind blowing" facts like "Cleopatra was born closer to the release of the iPhone than to the construction of the pyramids," but OP turned it into a shitpost by making a really obvious statement instead. It subverted my expectations. Barvo, OP, brvao
Huh, that was in a book of nursery rhymes I had as a kid. I never knew the second stanza, though. The version I knew ended after "Wasn't that a dainty dish to set before the king."
I was too, but then again it says she's the first to be on the COVER of the swimsuit issue. So out of a few dozen models in the swimsuit issue any given year, only a very select few of them are going to be a front cover model, and the same highly recognizable models are often on the cover multiple years. I notice a lot of the big name models are married to male soccer/football stars, musicians, etc... so it's actually not that shocking to me that it would take this long for an openly lesbian model to be on the cover.
Congrats to Lauren Chan, seems like she worked very hard for this and she's doing what she can to be a voice for inclusivity and positivity. The photos look great.
I'm sorry I'm not familiar with any of these brands, but I hope your post is seen by someone who is. I just made spaghetti and meatballs last night with Gardein vegetarian meatballs, and they were really good.
Good luck with the gymnastics camp, I hope the kiddos have a great time and learn a lot!
I'm glad that the fire damage was minor and fully contained to his own home, that he's getting mental help, and above all that nobody was injured. The story could have turned out very differently.
Pretty much like Beyond Burger but with the seasoning profile you'd expect of a bratwurst. It's meaty and it hits the spot when the rest of my family wants meat on grill night. I will say it was a bit dry, but I need to experiment a bit to make sure I didn't simply overcook it.
From what I remember, I enjoyed the Impossible bratwurst more - it was really juicy. Sadly it turns out I'm allergic to some ingredient in the Impossible meat so I stick with Beyond instead.
The more you eat, the more you toot. 🎺
