I'm confused as to which prison system(s) they're referring. On the one hand, they quote the Federal Bureau of Prisons, but on the other hand it sounds a lot like the conditions they're reporting on are in particular states' prisons.
A god is the all powerful creator of everything, with perfect foresight with regard to everything that ever happens, yet at the same time it bears no responsibility for anything that happens?
It sounds more like he was scared for his safety than merely irritated. Given that the "prankster" is 6'5" tall, it's really easy to understand why his erratic and confrontational behavior would be scary.
It doesn't matter whether they believed the election was stolen. It's not illegal to believe that, and that's not what they're accused of.
What actually matters is that they knew they were not the duly-appointed electors for their state. That's what makes it fraud. That's why they're criminals. And that's why they should spend a few decades confined to a small room where they can think about what they've done.
Article four section two states that judges are not allowed to overrule interstate law.
I don't see that.
The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.
That covers people who commit a crime in state A and then flee to state B. It's not clear whether it's even possible for a citizen of state B to commit a crime in state A without entering state A.
