i haven't played vanilla in a very long time but everytime i play through sotfs there are so many areas which exist just to piss me off, gank fests of loads of high agro range enemies which leaves me just clearing the area out permanently to get through it properly.
Thing is in my vague memory of vanilla I don't remember any such area causing me much aggravation. I actually remember the game being pretty easy.
Ended up buying vanilla just so I can see if sotfs is actually just designed by a crazy person because the game just feels like a slog to play between eathen peak and iron keep. I'm struggling to think what part of sotfs is actually an improvement.
Since max payne all of their games have had a rathe frustrating disconnect between narrative and gameplay where the latter suffers heavily causing their games to feel rather repetitive or in the case of the original Alan Wake an actual slog at times.
This game actually melds the narrative and gameplay into one making the entire experience feel much more coherent and enjoyable to play. It takes heavily from the modern resident evil games but that's not an issue.
The game still has issues but it no longer feels like a exceptional story and world tacked onto an extremely mediocre third person shooter.
Other than that the style that matured in Control seems to have stayed and it's very good.

There's always been something about scott pilgrim that just made it very unappealing to me but I cannot figure out what it is.
I've used these double sided sticky dots before they tend to be decent for mounting light objects to the wall like paintings and mirrors etc. Although no idea what kind of residue they leave behind or discolouration.
I've also used bookshelves to decorate without drilling holes. Can throw lots of crap on them to fill out a room and make it look cool.

I moved into a flat with a non functioning shower once. Took months to repair mostly because the landlord was complaining to me how much it would cost. Like ok that's what I'm paying you for now fix it. I was then evicted shortly after.

Be careful which one you get because most of them are filled with malware. I ended up using an xbox series s with kodi and the jellyfin plugin for my pirated stuff
Its more that no one wanted to burn themselves out on early access before the real thing came out but actually it was the bear sex
surprised how successful this was since it barely got a mention all the time it was in early access so thought it would have a relatively mild release but no the g*mers heard bear sex and everyone flooded in to buy it.
