  • Good to see. Working people can’t count on governments alone to make our lives better against the aggressive greed of these corporations. We aren’t numbers on a balance sheet, we are people. The only way we can fight conscienceless capitalism is together.

  • With climate change, the whole of the mid-East is going to be uninhabitable. All these countries are fighting over land that no one will be able to live on in the next 50 years or so. Humans are way too short sighted.

And I say all these countries because Iran and Russia supports Hamas and America supports Israel.

  • So stupid. We have to change the voting system before a “third party” will make any difference. It will take years of lobbying, marching, fighting. Your lazy little protest vote will accomplish nothing. The two parties control the electoral college. No third party has a chance till the system changes. Plus, no current third party is REMOTELY close to being a contender. Last time it even had a chance was Bernie if he ran independent in 2016 after the DNC screwed him and he chose not to. Just voting third party when no third party is showing any sign of winning, in an election like this, is so irresponsible. It proves you have no understanding of government. It’s acting like a child taking their ball and going home.

  • Maybe calling it laziness alone was unfair, but the robber barrens of old were devious too and far more brutal. And a generation who voted in Reagan then turned around decades later to vote in Trump clearly is being lazy on their understanding of government. They sold out the middle class because they didn’t do the hard work of looking at policy and fighting these corporate stooges. They fell for the charismatic strong man because it was easier than paying attention to complex issues.

  • There has to be an unending vigilance, not just a fight because fights end. Older generations fought for workers rights with unions and their kids lazily let it slide away. The rich never stop taking because all they have to do hire people to lobby, lawyer, and manipulate for their ends. Workers have to continually push to take and keep their piece of the pie. Governments can make laws and rules to protect workers but those can be changed or weakened without vigilance. A good government official can help and their successor strip it away. Workers only strength is together. Collective action is the way but it’s a perpetual action.

  • I use Apple sync on all my devices including my computer and it does delete from one device to another IF you have sync set up properly. And it’s not instantaneous, it happens when the cloud sync happens. When the computer is off or in sleep, it’s not syncing and once it’s woken up, sometimes it takes a minute to sync up. My guess, it was either not set up right or it hadn’t sync’d yet.

Other possibility, he didn’t know about the deleted folder where deleted messages sit for 30 days unless you clear it (like a computer trash can).

  • Yeah, that’s what I was asking more. Sorry I wasn’t clear. I have some family history of genetic issues and I was looking at a test to try to see if that was a problem in me. I just didn’t want it sold to every company under the sun.

  • Disagree. I think it makes you say shit you don’t think out and doesn’t represent your real intentions or opinions necessarily. Everyone has wild thoughts pop in their heads sometimes and being drunk you spew out half baked muddled thoughts. Doesn’t mean it’s representative of who you are or what you truly believe.
