I only played the demo of it but Luma Island seemed quite nice.

I love immich and as soon as the feature for automatic clean up for already backed up images is available it’s going to be perfect.

I can recommend patches. I’ve been very happy with them although I do recommend to also apply something like tegaderm over them so they don’t fall off as easily it also helps to not notice them as much on your skin.

Not good. Woke up Tuesday only to find way too much blood vomited up by my cat in the living room and driving him to the vet clinic where he has been for 2 days for screenings and treatment. I'm picking him up today. They didn't tell me yet what they found out why it happened but they will tell me when I come pick him up. :(

The Japanese company believes that Williams created, operated, supported, and promoted piracy websites that allowed users to download "extensive" libraries of Nintendo Switch games.

In the lawsuit, Nintendo also says that it attempted to work with Williams by sending a cease and desist letter in March 2024. In it, Nintendo urged Williams to "shut down his pirate shops." While Williams initially seemed receptive, Nintendo alleges that progress came to a halt as Williams denied involvement with any piracy shop and apparently became "combative." Eventually, Williams apparently deleted his online posts that could imply culpability.

Zur besseren Einordnung: Soviel zahle ich damit ich nach Frankfurt kommen würde mit 1h20min Reisezeit etwa (Fußwege zum Bahnhof und Umsteigen inkl.). Mit dem Auto würde ich vllt 45/50 Minuten brauchen.

For me it’s less “how has your week been” and more “how has your month been”. I recently (in the last 2 months I think) posted samples of my female voice and have finally gathered enough courage to use my voice full time starting at the beginning of August. So it has been more than a month now that I’ve been using my new voice 24/7. I’ve also enjoyed going out more by playing Magic at local game stores and the community there is really great and they pretty much all get my pronouns right right at the start or after some small corrections and it only got better with my new voice.

So I would say it’s been pretty good!

I will try to use it with Adobe Reader. Right now I need a Windows VM to use it because a PDF I use (MorePurpleMoreBetter Character Sheet for D&D) needs all the PDF scripting and it only works in Adobe Reader and getting Adobe Reader to work in Wine is a pain.

I already get uncomfortable reading your description of it. But it wasn't always like that for me (it got worse with HRT somehow)

Aber wie löst man das bitte beim Kochen/Backen aus? Das Handy liegt doch einfach nur auf dem Tisch oder ist in der Hosentasche.

Ich frage mich wie die Leute es so oft schaffen den automatischen Notruf bei Smartphones oder -watches auszulösen, ohne es rechtzeitig zu schaffen die Aktivierung zu unterbrechen. Als ich das einmal aus Versehen aktiviert hatte, hat mein Smartphone einen heiden Lärm gemacht bis der Notruf wirklich rausging. Und das ist auch nur passiert, weil scheinbar der Powerbutton meines Handys sich irgendwie verhakt hatte und dadurch lange genug gedrückt gehalten wurde.
