European (printer) paper manufacturers?

I'm looking for manufacturers of different kinds of paper to print on. So vinyl sticker paper, photo paper, normal paper, cardstock paper and so on. Do you know of any good European (EU) paper manufacturers that sell these in high quality and don't break the bank at the same time?
I don't know how competitive their prices are, but there is also the lecta group (www.lecta.com) (especially for labelling paper), which according to their website is sold on sites like https://www.polyedra.com/, https://www.torraspapelmalmenayde.fr/
We have an European international giant https://mm.group/ (looks like they are HQed in Austria?)
Finland. It's full of paper machines constantly on sale as market goes down since fall of USSR which consumed most of paper at some point. There are so many companies here that I can't name one lol. Not clear how to get the good stuff in retail, Finnish companies suck at marketing worse than you can imagine.
GF Smith make some really beautiful papers. Maybe on the expensive side but their Colorplan range is excellent.

But it all looks like expensive paper (velum, cotton paper etc...) I know they also make big blocks of white paper to load in printers. But maybe exclusively in brick and mortar shops in France.
Office supply stores stock them. Maybe not as much further than Germany.
We have Favini and Fabriano, but there’s also Mondi (UK but produces in CZ)

Sim, a árvore é um cancro e o plantio é abusivo, especialmente em zonas com escassez de água (que o último inverno inverteu mas continuemos) mas é uma fonte de rendimento para muita gente.
Como não temos os tintins para plantar cânhamo para produção de papel, até lá o que podemos forçar é que mais gente faça a devida gestão florestal.
