I'm sick of trying to educate people to see the bleeding obvious robbery of our lives when they'd rather blame their neighbours just because they have a different skin tone and it's less effort mentally than trying to understand the situation with all the neuances. I'm sick of fighting and struggling for a better life for them as well because they don't even want it. What's the point of putting in the effort when these ignorant fools don't even help and actively work against their own interests?

I'm mentally and physically exhausted, and I just want to sleep forevermore.

I get what you're implying but in the literal sense you're wong.

Yeah and as much as we all hate having to interact with these absolute chuds, the most successful ways of deprogramming people have been through empathetic outreach.

If these MAGA chuds experience the boot of fascism first hand, that might open them up to listening to people from other groups that have had to deal with this kind of treatment for much longer.

It's a slow process, a metric fuck ton of emotional labour, and not everyone is willing to do that work, which is understandable given that you'll be competing against the whole outrage media and "attention economy".

But if enough of us are willing then through genuine human connection, which everyone but a very minute actual clinically psychopathic portion of the population is so desperate for, can get these chuds to open their eyes and grow a little more empathetic.

I'm glad my intuition was right because it meant I didn't waste my money paying for membership and I didn't waste my time going to a party meeting which appears to have defended immediately into ruthless factionalism.

Socialists calling for solidarity is fine, but Zara is a purist who can't seem to define an actual stance other than "fighting fascism" and "fighting imperialism", both admirable stances, but that's a defensive policy "we're against X". What are they actually in favour of? Have they even defined policy positions yet?

From the outside it just looks like a rabble of well-meaning individuals fighting for control over the helm of a party that can't define a name yet. They don't seem like a party that wants to be in power, just to criticise it.

Zack at least has unity in his party and a clear vision he's looking to sell to the public.

Perhaps the best thing would be for Zara and JC to step aside and put their support behind Zack. Of the two JC is more likely to do that, Zara is much less likely.
