Geometry Dash - Update 2.2 is out now!
  • Scope creep. The developer keep adding features to the game, including a whole new game type. The game is twice as big as it was before the update.

He's also developing the game solo, with little help from a couple volunteers. I'm not sure why he refuses to hire people.

  • Only "IO! SATVRNALIA!" is politically correct at this time of year
  • I'll give it a try:

Drawing from The Onion satire cartoonist Stan Kelly titled "the real reason they crucified Jesus" . The image depicts the crucifiction of Christ and a Christmas tree with a face while it's snowing.

In the front there's a roman emperor washing it's hands labeled "Over-conscious Pilate" saying "he said merry Christmas instead of happy holidays". The soap is labeled "soap"

On the background in the right side there are a bunch of protesters labeled "overzealous secularits" holding signs saying "Don't offend me", "be inclusive ", and "No Noel"

On the right there are two roman centurions labeled "easily triggered Romans" and "P.C language police", one of them says "We are frankly incensed". On the floor there's a criying skull with a Christmas hat and a box of nails labeled "nails".

Behind the cross of the Christmas tree there's a Liberty Statue criying.

  • I haven't played modded Minecraft in a while but i wanna get back on it. Do you have any recommendations for recent mod packs?

(i ask you because you have the Prism launcher open)

  • Fusion 360 increasing annual price to $680 USD
  • Fusion360 is for CAD, people use it for designing mechanical parts. It has features like simulation, generative design, shape optimization, additive manufacturing design, etc. It is a really complete software for what it does, and that's why it is a shame that the price increased so much.

For art, you should try Blender. It's widely used and libre software!

  • (Spoilers) Recommendations for near future "All Powerful AI" Stories?
  • Since you mentioned the Frankenstein Complex, i guess you're familiar with the worka of Isaac Asimov. If not, I suggest you read the short stories in the MULTIVAC series, as they describe a future where a supercomputer with predictive capabilites 'rules' the world.

My personal recommendation is 'The Evitable Conflict', which doesn't mention the MULTIVAC but describes similar machines. It also portrays a future that, depending on your poiny of view can be utopic or dystopic.
