What is everyone planning to watch this new season?
  • I always pick one show for each day of the week. Some variety without overloading myself.

This season is Jujutsu Kaisen, Helck, Vending Machine, Liar Liar, Rent-a-Girlfriend, Horimiya and Zom 100.

I'm... Truthfully not expecting the most it this season, but I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

  • Horimiya -piece- - Episode 1 Discussion
  • A few odd animation moments, like the scenery moving without characters moving their legs, but overall, a funny episode, especially with the second half. It'll be a little jarring seeing all this pieced together, but happy to have more Horimiya either way.

  • Reddit Won’t Be the Same. Neither Will the Internet
  • In all likelihood, the fediverse will not take off like people think it will. It's just slightly too complicated for the average person to instantly give a chance. I don't see any real reason to bring it up in an article like this.

  • You will regret this! (SC2000)
  • I was raised more on SimCity 3000 but yeah, absolutely no head for finances. Take out every loan, obtain all the money, do whatever you want, and then be shocked when you're bankrupt because suddenly you had to pay all those loans off.

  • *Permanently Deleted*
  • I've been posed the same question about 'if you could only listen to one band' and I usually decide that if I were restricted to just one, I'd sooner drop the hobby altogether. Anything loses its luster after too much repetition for me.

But for the sake of actually answering the question, would have to be something that can't just be shut down, has variety in and of itself, and stands the test of time. So maybe something along the lines of Fallout 4? I know Skyrim is the darling but Fallout 4 has more actual stuff to fiddle with between base building, constant procedural questing, etc. I dunno. That's not a perfect answer, but it's in the same realm at least.

  • I don’t understand people who say they can’t figure out Lemmy or KBin
  • Saying "I don't want to deal with different servers within a single website" is illogical? Seems entirely logical to me. Anyone used to Reddit is going to be turned off to the whole messy fediverse thing. Me included. Legitimately, it evokes feelings of the dead on arrival Metaverse.

People want simplicity. We're decades past the days of BBS boards.
