And I guess it doesn't feel unnecessary to other people. Getting downvoted. Just seems super weird to me that it isn't just the same as all the previous times they made new flavours, even if it was something popular that is traditionally from another country. They've never done that before. Even when they introduced a bunch of new flavours initially from abroad in a set, they didn't put that extra distance in them.
Just to me kind of seems like the timing is an important part of why they did that this time.
The flavour is fine, I think the weird part is that it isn't just a normal new flavour, but is labeled a "passport flavour" series. That just seems like an unnecessary separation. Like, you have to go to another country to find that flavour, even though you very much can find it at home.
Seems like bad timing to be trying to put a separation between "local" and "foreign" flavours.
It leaves a bad flavour in the mouth, even if the chip flavour is good.
Despite most people saying it didn't quite live up to the hype, maybe I had an appropriate amount of hype, cuz it totally lived up to the hype for me. Even initially when it was still pretty buggy at launch. Though I have also gone back and played it in VR too. I played a melee character at launch, knowing that it was going to be the most stable for the turbulent times. Then I played a precision shooter as my next character once the game got pretty fixed/stable. Then I played my tech/"caster" in VR once the game was fully good and ran well enough on my hardware that I could get comfortable frame rates(at least 90fps) using all the features the Luke Ross mod now supports for making VR look good at easy-to-run settings.
Right after the article mentions their rules of engagement in that situation being that they should have backed away from the moving car, it then states that the action would likely be considered justified due to the officer being in danger.... from choosing to hold on to the moving car? Like his injuries are clearly because he didn't let go of the car until it was going fast enough that he fell off and skidded... that seems like his choice and not something the driver did.
They are not authorised or recommended to use force to prevent a "suspect" from fleeing.
Yeah, after deleting any data the CDC used to have that they didn't agree with. And making up any new data they need to make their preconceived notion as perceivably supported as possible.
And as we all know, fiction is only supposed to include things that happen in real life... especially the horror genre, no imagination there, just real stuff that really happens, hence the word fiction. I've never seen anything in a fictional horror movie or story that can't happen in real life...
Find an eye doctor that has the time for you, so you don't feel rushed. My family always used to take us to wal-mart when we were kids, and I still kept going there as an adult. Until one time I had to go to somewhere closer one day. And it was night and day. At walmart you always felt rushed like they booked each appointment for 5 minutes or something. At a proper eye doctor, we sat and talked about all my eye health, not just vision. And never once did it feel like they were just trying to get through the appointment. They were interested to hear about my health. But most importantly, they were very open to spending twice as much time doing the a/b testing at a comfortable pace. And I didn't have to suggest it, they could tell it would benefit me.
Hmm, the morph tool gives you those points so you can pick which old areas you want to morph into which new areas. So the morph can make more sense and not look dumb.
I used to, I am Austistic, so my mind does tend to wander.
I don't know if I ever technically had actual insomnia, but I can very much forget that I should be sleeping. And before I learned about alarm fatigue and cleaned up my alarms to a degree that my brain wouldn't reject, I would often end up staying up way past my sleep alarm going off.
But now I have a reasonably minimum amount of alarms only, and I am properly able to obey them without any resistance. When I get in bed, I start up my sleep music, specifically crafted to start at high energy and methodically wind down. By the end of the music I will have fallen asleep. They are all songs I have heard thousands of times, so it won't trigger fomo and keep me awake to hear the rest or anything.
I do not touch my phone again until I wake up in the morning, I don't have a morning alarm, as I don't need to be awake at any specific time, so I "sleep until full health" like a videogame character, except honestly I think it works to a degree in real life too. I'm never sick, and my injuries heal faster than other people's. My mind and body just have enough time to get done what they want to get done while everything is shut down.
Is it the sunbeam that drew the line, or the shadow? Like yeah, the light is technically the thing that was added, but the shadow is what created the pattern.
It is still hard to believe, but yes, he has been president twice now, the first time was indeed during 2019. It is also sometimes hard to believe 2019 was long enough ago that there have been multiple president changes since then.
But if you'll recall, Trump was president when Covid 19 started. He ignored and then downplayed it for so long that he is largely responsible for a huge portion of the americans it killed. And due to how out of control it got, and to a degree still is, especially lately since it is back on the rise now, potentially also responsible for a decent portion of the non-americans it has killed too. He shares that with a lot of other terrible leaders though.
Yeah, Canadian.
