Long Mondays are easily remedied by a Mai Tai or two! My absolute favorite exotic drink. I need to get better glassware.
2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz 2:1 Simple
1/4 oz Orgeat
I am enamored with the idea of hosting a tiki party for my friends. Have you ever hosted one? What was it like? Any tips?
Are you sticking with them or looking elsewhere? At work, I am not sure about recommending anything besides vSphere and Hyper-V since I haven't used any other solution.
I have been looking at other solutions for my lab and was wondering what other professionals were turning to at work and home.
What got you started with Tiki? My start was How To Drink and Greg's recommendation of Smugglers Cove. Read the book, started buying rum and planning a home bar lol. I had been getting into making cocktails but never thought about exotic cocktails before watching Gregs Mai Tai episode.
I find myself writing many pieces of documentation, justifications, emails, and notes. I'm just wondering what other people's experience is with writing in a professional setting.
Lol sorry about that
1 oz lime juice
1 oz demarara syrup
2 oz dark rum, pref. Barbados
1 dash angosura bitters
Top with grated nutmeg
