What do you mean by rich? Some countries are not rich by comparison but you can stil have a decent life.
Humans were made to reproduce and expand. Trough pure luck of evolution we got in a position that we don't need to be afraid of being eaten by lion, or dying from appendix infection, or getting impaled by some random warlord at the age of 5. By comparison sitting at the desk seems like a good deal.

They got lots off ammo from Bethesda, or so it seems. Although, hate content (for youtubers) is more profitable than anything else.
Many other distractions, like skin color, religion, sex orientation. Poor have one advantage and that is the numbers, at least in democracies. So you need to gerrymander them in any way you can think about.

Amen brother. I was so addicted to Reddit i saw the things in the real world like Reddit posts. I'm glad I'm out and I'm not coming back, at least not to endlessly browse or get in any kind of content posting. It's still great for niche hobbies and solwing lots of issues with hardware, health, unbiased product reviews.
All i see is that there were no masks or lockdowns or self isolations for almost 2 years and everything is fine.
