I'd be very tempted to fake an illness so I could head to your place and make a day of it.
I'm using Connect for Android.
It's a nice looking interface, and it lets me look beyond LemmyNSFW easily.
One thing I don't like is that it doesn't fully respect users' profiles, so if folks have links to their sites or comments about who they are, what they post, perhaps their OF page, I can't see it. I find myself hopping back to the browser a lot for that...
Haven't tried to report anything yet. Just tried, and it didn't give me any option to add a reason... ugh.
Maybe we could creare a "recommended apps" list and a "not recommended" list, citing "report is always blank" as a reason? Or, "report confused with share"
Edit: Made this post - https://lemmynsfw.com/post/336140
Well, that's creepy. Glad it's low volume, though.
How prevalent are folks trying to post illegal content?
Nah. You try to hold our much longer to assert your dominance.
Haha... Now you can post more of your sharpie filled goodness! ;)
Beauty of being early to a server is that you can create one...
Having premium and advertising is allowed. But to me it sounded like the admins were ready to boot folks who repost (ie, spam) the same advertisements all over.
Yeah, I know it was three times. But the default view is a combination of all communities, so it pops up three times in a row if you're sorting by new. And with the link to Snapchat (which, I'm assuming has your "Premium Snaps") it's going to look a lot like advertising.
Easiest is to upload to catbox.moe
FWIW, posting the same things to multiple communities is much more annoying on Lemmy than it was on Reddit, and will likely get you reported as spam.
All the gratitude (and envy) goes to you and your pet!
It’s like a beggar playing an instrument on the side of the road to me. I never asked for it, and would never enjoy it nor pay for it.
...except they're showing boobs in a community that you visited to look at boobs. If it was "hey look at my boobs" when you're trying to do your math homework, I'd agree with your analogy more and agree that it's spam.
Could you imagine how well Hormel's Spam would sell if you opened up a can and there were titties in there?
Recipe for a dry ass sausage fest.
Hey, some of us use mustard!
I don't disagree, though. Too many men think "I'd love women to see my sausage, so clearly the 'real' ones will all feel the same about showing their sausage!"
It's one thing if the post is a daily "Hey, I have an Only Fans!" and quite another if it's relevant content and the user links their Only Fans in their profile or the comment body.
If you'd expect others to approve the content if you had been the one to post it, don't report it.
