You're always going to be judged. If you base your own happiness on the collective opinion of society about you, you will never be happy. You can't control how other people feel, so you need to focus your mental energy on controlling your own feelings.
Does Hashimoto's disease actually cause obesity? Feels like a lot of people blame thyroid diseases for issues that are actually mostly under their control.
In the grand scheme of things, weight is a physics problem. I seriously doubt that outside of extreme cases that someone would be obese solely from hyperthyroidism.
Recently picked up Wyrmspan and it's pretty much a unilateral upgrade over Wingspan. Hope they do it digitally at some point
Who designs these cognitive tests? Who ensures they are graded uniformly? Surely someone who posted something like this doesn't need me to explain how such a framework would almost certainly be abused.
I feel like this suit should be DOA. The only leg they appear to be able to stand on is DLC requiring to be purchased through Steam but - how on earth would that work otherwise?
Feels like they're fishing for a settlement.
Some of the shared mythology about rescuing someone from the underworld but being unable to look at them during the rescue is interesting. Orpheus and Eurydice, Lot and his wife, Izanagi and Izanami. Makes me wonder why that seemingly popped up in multiple cultures.
Nationally doesn't mean shit if they can't get 270 electoral votes.
I have only started using cannabis in the past year or so, started with edibles and generally not wanting to smoke due to health concerns. I am sure that vaping is probably not super great for you either, but holy shit if my mighty+ isn't my favorite purchase in recent memory. We only use it a couple times a week but my wife and I get to another planet on a capsule of .2-.25 of flower. Takes us forever to get through an eighth, it's efficient and much more predictable than edibles.
And Trump wouldn't be?
IMO there is nearly no chance that they are profitable, given how hard they scaled up hiring after getting that fidelity funding in 2021. They were massively overvalued and I'm surprised Fidelity only cut their valuation by 40%.
I can't imagine what they've done that would have actually brought in revenue. Ads and awards sure, but new reddit, the 1p app, etc are all garbage. Revenue per employee must be in the shitter.
