My home office. I couldn’t do it without my plant friends.
  • A few things have helped. The yellow stickies have done a lot to slow them down. I’ve also put about an inch of perlite (or vermiculite) on top of the soil as I’ve heard they can’t lay eggs in it. As a last resort I’ve take a few pots outside and totally replaced the soil when nothing else worked.

Once they’ve set in, I’m not sure there’s any winning. All you can do is beat them back.

  • I think you’re right about the understory. They like indirect partial sun, it seems. I do have a bright light above it as well. I think it took like 5-7 years to get to this point, but that was with some set backs when I was figuring out watering.

Working from home was a difficult transition for me, but adding plants (and having good light) make all the difference. I thought you folks would approve.

iMessage Failed to Send - happening in the last few days

Anybody else getting failed iMessage notifications in the last day or so. It's intermittent for me and when I'm on WiFi.
