This is why they want the chickens dead. Can't let them eat all the worms
Been wondering if those Brio things were any good, I just don't have the money to spend on replacement filters. But hooking a water line up to it and having hot/cold water that has gone through the reverse osmosis process would be nice. They are like $400 though, and $150 after that a year in filters last I saw.
That first one is nothing and I'd call it fine. Second one is fucking horrible, third one's drunk.
Then when texts came around they costed extra, just for funsies. Limited number with possibly massive fees for going over. Yet the texts took up no real room that the phones weren't already using to communicate with towers
Your VPN bypasses the blocks? Mine doesn't do that. What are you using if you don't mind me asking?
I noticed a couple months back that I hadn't changed my homepage in years and usually used some stupid launcher that never made things quicker for me.
Ended up realizing the best homepage for myself would just be one of the archive sites, so I set it to archive.ph so anytime I click on an article and it loads like shit I can just copy the link click home and paste. Has been surprisingly helpful. Although I am wondering if we archive would have been better. Time will tell u suppose
Yeah, and also since I typed trans rights and human rights seperate they cant be combined into one topic for democrats. They have to use them separate now
Update that no one will likely see but I said I messaged them so I figured I'd say the result. They updated the article to replace all instances of South America with North America.
(Message was sent via the authors personal website, as I dont use X) https://www.danielledewolfe.com/
Maybe I just haven't paid attention but this last section seems to hit different now:
"The Associated Press Health and Science Department receives support from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s Department of Science Education and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The AP is solely responsible for all content."
The fuck is that, journalistic integrity? Updating an article when there is a potential mistake and owning it..
Not sure what I'd expect to be honest. Then being the party that was "more" for climate change protections just watched the presidency, house, and senate step further from them. When it comes to climate change you need to have the Senate and Congress on your side to get changes done.
It was basically Climate Vs Trans, and human rights vs racism. And Climate and Human rights lost.
So if they need populism on their side.... Their best bet is probably to run on culling the elderly with mass public executions, and degrading children for being little useless pieces of shit with no potential.
They need to advertise hate.
Or you know... Maybe we'll learn something somehow and not vote in complete assholes. Hard to say.
(Not bringing in the economy because both are going to raise the debt ceiling, and somehow not tax the rich, best we would get with all the branches flopping is returning to what we had now)
Safer for kids as well. They don't stay on and apparently people say water without something breaking the surface tension can pop in the microwave when you go to pull it out (never had it happen to me, but I have only tried a handful of times in my life.. always had a teapot or electric kettle). ... Or a pot. I used to just throw the teabags in a pot and pour it into a pitcher / cup after
Use it all the time, but rarely for tea. Boiling a few eggs last night. Half the water in the electric kettle, half in the pot on high, join half way through to speed up the process. Making ramen, kettle. There is always some reason I find it useful.
Someone really should investigate that preacher because there is a near 100% chance he is a pedophile.
Thanks! I'll look into that, this could be useful for me then after all. This is why it's always good to ask questions
Not sure, I just saw the 6 day thing in the article, that would be nice though
Edit: vorpal says you should be able to using ACME https://programming.dev/comment/17987211
Suicide by cop.
Maybe I'm not understanding it but I can't see what I would use this for due to the 6 day issue period. Bringing a NAS up to copy data for a couple days is the only real use case I find for home users.
Because even if you pay for a static external IP from your ISP, this doesn't support using such for longer than that period right?
I thought that was an Amazon bag sitting in the doorway due to the logo/handle similarity.
It's also worth noting it came out in 2017. In the years leading up to that namely around 2014 everyone was questioning if Sony was going to have to declare bankruptcy. Throwing a large amount of money into a product that can draw users to your console/platforms for a cheap price that your main competitor couldn't afford to do probably sounded like a good strategy at the time, knowing they could drive costs up if they got the user base built.
Sony may have recovered though
That's usually because the syrup to carbonated water ratio is different. But yeah I'm sure if you never clean the lines it won't be as good. (Or if you have some weirdness where people are swapping the soda lines. Should be rare though, as you don't want to swap which one says coke/sprite/w.e on the other end
Chinese giant joins list of automakers exploring solid-state options

Bold claims, but that energy density would be amazing.

Ban all vehicles over 5000lbs to start without a specialized license and extremely heavy fees to have them. EVs are dropping in weight daily, ICE vehicles have been increasing in weight to dodge policies. One is a means to an end, the other is a means to profit.
Profit for few vs humanity's existance.. which should we choose?
Water Usage - My power/water company popped up showing my water usage from December 2023 vs 2024, it claims I used 24 gallons last year and 13 gallons this December. That can't be right... how much water do you use each month?
I fill water for chickens outside, water two small garden plots, obviously dishes, showers, toilet, bidet, and the washer machine should be using a lot more than that...
The United States has redefined what qualifies as "healthy" food for the first time in 30 years, striking items like white bread from the list while welcoming nutrient-rich options such as eggs and salmon, officials said Thursday.

The article seems to be shittily written in my opinion but I figure if you watch the video (about a minute) it will get the point across.
My question lies in, do you think this will benefit the health of the people moving forward, or do you fear it being weaponized to endorse or threaten companies to comply with the mention of Kennedy being tied to its future as mentioned in the end of the article
Life does a lot, normally figures out how doggy works, but sorry for the language. If anyone here has worked in a cooler before, not just walk in fridges for restaurants or such I am looking for advice. They inquired about boots. I assume I need gloves, but what am I forgetting? ChapStick? Unknown? Please share and if you know what is cheap to acquire maybe recommend what you know. Thanks.
Cao Shuang revealed that BYD is planning to release the next generation of Blade batteries for EVs in 2025.

Does this burning at 200 j/g really mean it would be a lot safer or do you chalk this up to be company propaganda. Clearly it is a lot lower than gasoline, but since 600-900 proved to still be an issue, could this be enough to stabilize people's fears you think?
I recently read through this and was just curious what others thought the pitfalls or unforseen issues might be with quickly or steadily transitioning to such in a fairly environmentally friendly manner.
Hate the title name, but I think I have to use the article title as the title.
60 million apps keep getting pushed on us, and everyone wants their own... Every restaurant, gorcery store, etc.
Would it not be feasible to install all of those Kroger, Gas Stations, bloat, bloat, bloat apps on an app Server that we just have a remote access to them like a thin client from our phone in a singular app of shortcuts (look like a folder, directory) So all the apps stay installed and don't use resources on the phone. Which keeps storage requirements down on the local device and means when you go into another device you can just log in and have access to all the apps already signed in and how you left them.
Does anyone know if there is already such a setup?
It wouldn't work well with things like streaming services, but it could still cover a lot of day to day apps I don't really want to have to have on my device.
Search Profile Comments-
I usually don't think about it but I went to find a comment I made to find an old post. Is there a way we can integrate a search function for are own profile?

My lady showed this to me so I figured I'd post it here... she may have been sending me a hint.
SAE has finalized its NACS certification effort, and the new standard promises to fix a *lot* of the current issues with EV charging.
I hate that the title for the article claims "every problem" but I wanted to hear other users thoughts on this article
