The trick is to always look at the update section. If an app has no section, is brand new. Otherwise you can the the 1.0 release along with the year

Iāll probably use both until Apollo gets shut off for good. I hope by then Mlem gets better and Iāll definitely switch to Lemmy/Kbin. Iāll still reference Reddit because letās be real, many questions and answers are on Reddit
