You just reminded me to post in this new community I joined recently, so thank you.
You just described SAP as well.
J.K. Simmon's best role imo. Now I need to play that game again.
Yeah that's baffling, I thought it was better with KB/M, it's easier to target the machine's subsystems with a mouse! Even compared with auto-aim on the gamepad.
Thanks for the detailed reply, I think I'll give it a shot! Glad to hear they added a 5v5 mode.
I've been curious about The Finals, it looks fun. Is it easy to get into? I worry about toxicity in multiplayer because I'm not great at team based games.
I think Elecoms are prone to sticktion. I have an Elecom Huge and I had to replace the bearings to make it smoother. None of my other trackballs have that much sticktion, my Kensington Slimblade in particular is buttery smooth.
I use a split keyboard and trackball at work, and I thoroughly enjoy the bafflement of my coworkers when they try to use my computer.
Probably a toss up between Hi-Fi Rush, Doom Eternal, and Guilty Gear Strive. I suck at fighting games, but I love learning all the unique mechanics of the characters.
I had so much fun playing it back in the day, maybe I should pick it up again..
Chew is so good, thank you for reminding me to read it again!
I've been playing a lot of Cult Of The Lamb. It gets a bit grindy, but otherwise I love it. Alternating between crusading and base-building is a satisfying gameplay loop.
I can't remember what the enemies are actually called, but the zombie dudes and the army dudes are the ones I always glory kill for health. I usually try to whittle them down with the rifle so I don't accidently kill them before they go all flashy. Other than that, I just try to keep moving around the map, and review the codex entry for each enemy type so I know which weapon is best against them.
Have fun! I love this game.
And it's open source, too!
I was gutted when HW3 was pushed to next year, I was so looking forward to playing it this summer.
