Am I alone in finding the "fan" image for Ciri even more off-putting than the original one, even if Ciri was doing something where attractiveness was relevant? People who wear that much makeup end up in the uncanny valley for me.
I actually thought this kind of degenerate nonsense was someone joking but today I saw a mod for Baldur's Gate 3 to make Gortash "handsome," so I'm obviously out of touch.
i still haven’t finished this game because i don’t want it to be over. even though i haven’t played it in months, i can take comfort in knowing im not truly done with it
yeah i have been having that problem too. i kept making new characters and reloading saves to see what would happen. i know it ends up making the experience worse but i just can’t help myself. i need to know. i also need to have all the fun stat boosting items and then i find myself optimizing the fun out of the game.
A male protagonist should always look like he either just fucked a bear, or got fucked by a bear. The one on the left meets both of these criteria and is passable.
Harry is someone that already exists and has relationships in the world, usually those sorts or RPGs don't let you customize much. It's like Geralt or Link. But you do get to develop your personality more through dialogue.
As for the tie skill check, the rest of the game is better about saving skill checks for more difficult tasks. It's just there at the start to reinforce how much of a mess your character is. You can come back later when the negative modifiers clear and it's easier.
Idk I'm still not convinced I would enjoy the experience if I sunk more time in. Everything I did was sooooo tedious and hard to do. I got to the point where I have to get a guy's body out of a tree and just could not do it failing multiple times using multiple methods entirely arbitrarily. Like why set up some sort of crime I need to solve if I am going to not just hindered, but entirely blocked from taking the most basic of steps.
Fr I have never felt less agency while playing a video game. Let me do things damnit!
Insert joke about communist developers taking away muh freedum
The funny thing is that conventionally its the left one that was attractive. Todays standards for men are actually more traditionally feminine. I dont really care but its funny to find gaping holes in logic like this.

*giggles in baroque and rococo*
Do you mean like men liking blue, instead of pink? As traditionally blue is a gentle colour, meant for girls, whereas pink is strong and vibrant, and meant for boys.
