Sounds like the federation is losing the war ... or is the federation under section 31 that is winning the cold war?

This would be a show I would watch .... every episode is Garak coming up with more complex, nefarious, unsuspecting ways to kill Colombo ... and Colombo coming up with even more complex ways to avoid being killed

Every show starts with them giving friendly intelligent banter between one another.

Every show ends with them exchanging polite salutations and a smile as they turn and walk away with a frown and deep thoughts.

As an Indigenous Canadian .... I think this is the same delivery guy that my ancestors signed treaties with
