I think it's in the current QPR beta. You need to register for the beta program, which will give you access to the new features they're testing for the December feature drop.

The Android beta community isn't very active, so I'll repeat my comments here. With Beta 5.2 my battery life and SOT improved noticeably, and so far, with 5.3, seem to be just as good.
