I emigrated in 2017 after coming back from the Peace Corps in Peru. After the 2016 election, I wanted out and donāt regret it. Many benefits, one of the main ones being not having to support the current government, and the work-life balance of course.
Itās already all Hamas and Warships. There was no fleet of unarmed people trying to break the blockage in international waters. Only was it legal? Meh! šŖ
Trying to be more neutral in disagreements! At first it felt disingenuous, but now it helps me communicate better. (Ie: more clearly explained POV, better understanding, more open-minded, etc)
It just sounds like a polity to organize socially without a specific purpose. The idea in and of itself is helpful to promote social and mental well-being.
I had to look up what natter is but now I know. Although Monday is almost over, this week feels so long already. Any ideas how to balance what has to be done and finding time for hobbies? I know itās an age old question. The mental load continues to be the bane of my existence despite having support.
