  • Is it just me or is there a clear positive correlation between how much money an office worker makes and how fast they speak? Obviously with a cap on the speed at some point

    Is it like a Type A thing since they're more likely to get promoted? Or speaking faster = appear more confidence, assertive, capable which is why they've climbed high on the career ladder? Or the higher level you are, the more your job is about attending meetings and speaking to people so they speak faster to get more words in before the meetings ends?
