Viewing lemmy posts by all tends to be dominated by a few communities
  • Most communities I'm in just seem to post about Reddit and its soooo boring, like get a life and make original content

  • The correct way to install Firefox
  • This community is so pathetic no wonder Reddit thrives. Touch grass you losers.

  • "It has to be Chromium"
  • God this community is so pathetic

  • Reddit Tries to Get Users to Pay by Making App Icon Ugly
  • Oh I love that every lemmy post is about reddit it's so new and cool to be part of this (NOT)

  • Game of Thrones was nearly "destroyed" by pirates illegally streaming HBO content
  • I mean.. you can just pirate/download it, it takes literally 10 seconds once you know how.. and to know how takes like 2 minutes lol

  • Game of Thrones was nearly "destroyed" by pirates illegally streaming HBO content
  • Mando and Andor were awesome. what are you talking about? Only BOBF and that dumb Obi series sucked.

  • Game of Thrones was nearly "destroyed" by pirates illegally streaming HBO content
  • I wasn't able to access the show when it was around so I downloaded it. Sadly I also downloaded the last season which the show runners raped

  • How did crocs come back?
  • yeah it's weird, because open shoes actually wouldn't create more smell, it reduces it. i guess they mean they want smells enclosed and only when they get home and open their smelly closed shoes. And this is from someone who thought crocs were dumb in the 90s and 00s.

  • Is not that god damn hard.
  • I'm very tech savy, it doesn't phase me, but I 100% think it's not as easy as reddit, facebook, threads, instagram, etc. etc. Lemmy, Kbin, is NOT as easy as the competitors

  • Is not that god damn hard.
  • I disagree. I'm super tech savy. It takes time to understand Lemmy etc. and get what you want. I'm not against this, but let's be realistic, it isn't as easy as Reddit for example. This is fact not opinion...

  • Is not that god damn hard.
  • The fact you call users normies as an insult just shows how pathetic the user experience is and that you think people need any skills or whatever to access it. It SHOULD be accessible and easy for "normies" but using that term is pretty pathetic.

  • Is not that god damn hard.
  • 100%. People here don't think user experience and accessibility is important. Very weird attitude.

  • Is not that god damn hard.
  • I disagree, it's not as easy and normal as Twitter and Threads. Stop lying to yourselves. It's Dev's requirement to make it user friendly for the audience and they haven't. Otherwise this wouldn't be a thing people are saying lol. Devs and fanboys are so in their own bubble it's why nothing thrives

  • How did crocs come back?
  • Shoes that are breathable with holes like Crocs and dont retain smell (like with fabric) won't make your feet smelly. If anything, closed shoes with no holes and no breathing will smell terrible after a work day (like high heeled type womens shoes)

  • How did crocs come back?
  • I got the Sketchers version I think its basically the same, they have holes in the top, but no holes under. They're just comfortable, easy, and the strap at the back you can move it to the front so you have more freedom or to the back so you have more support is kinda cool. I also am getting older and don't care if I look cool or not. function over fashion. have never worn crocs though, they don't sell them here.

  • What movie did you rewatch most often?
  • Lol fair

  • What movie did you rewatch most often?
  • OMG I added princess bride, I've seen it at least 10+ times. I also added a bunch of comedies. It's funny how many movies I've rewatched over and over but so many I have only seen once and will never rewatch.

  • What movie did you rewatch most often?
  • I don't rewatch movies often, but in order of most rewatched: Gattaca, Sicario, Drive, Pulp fiction, Hamilton, Les Mis, China Town, 21/22 jump street, other guys, step brothers, the nice guy, the princess bride..

  • What app is so useful, you can’t believe it’s free?
  • I've never thought about it, how do they make money? I've never seen an ad or sent them money.

  • Reddit kills awards and coins
  • Why September 12? what a weird date... one day after 9/11, wtf lol. Was this announced on the 12 July (I'm not going to reddit) so maybe it's one month after the announcement.
