Depends on the target age demographic and how organized the Heroes are. In the MCU, the Avengers were operating investigation and acting in foreign countries without consent. I was in agreement that Sokovia Accords were reasonable and if a hero had an issues with "taking an order they disagreed with", they thought they would be forced to compile when every civilized military has a conscientious objector clause. In Justice League Unlimited, I pissed off a lot of fans when I said that Waller was right to be concerned that the JL were operating a space laser that could be used on the earth. I don't like how writers always give her really bad plans though.
Justice Gang stopping an invasion? Now that was cathartic to see.
Some writers understand the rightwing problem with superhereos and either avoid it or address it. Some people give Batman some billionaires to fight. Other times, they reinforce the rightwing problem with whatever the fuck Frank Miller was doing.
The smaller the dev team, the more pure the vision. Doesn't always mean it will be good, but the good ones are great. The best AAA game still looks and feels like all the rest.
Nobody in either of my kids schools get bullied. It hasn’t been an issue for 20 years.
Maybe your kids went to a unicorn of a school, but most schools have some sort of bullying problem, whether it's about queer issues, race, economic status or even just an ordinary name. If the school allows it, bullies will exist and find something, anything to bully passive kids over.
Or I've only sped up the behavior since every god damned channel and tech company decided to open their own streaming service. It wasn't a big deal to have a Netflix account and a Crunchyroll account. How many streaming companies are there now?
I didn't bring Biden up and he's not "my guy". I voted for him as the lesser evil and supported just about every progressive protest against him. Most of the problems he championed fixing were things he created earlier in his career. But no matter the accusation against Biden, Trump is far, far worse. Not "just as bad".
I never saw any cars getting keyed near me. I actually don't have any political messaging on my truck because I'm worried about my mirrors getting smashed though. I think you're living in a fantasy world created by your social media bubble.
There's definitely some limitations. There was a bit of an issue in my state when a Mosque wanted to install a cemetery on their lot, but they were too close to the aquifer and weren't allowed.
