Then dust off those nuke plans...
I hope he pisses them off so much Trump strips him of his wealth... then maybe other rich people would see why this future is going to suck.
It's like pharmaceuticals. No one starts a new pharma company expecting to compete with Pfizer or Merck, the whole game is to develop a promising drug and then get your company bought out by one of them so they can use their resources to get it to the market.
Yeah... anything that isn't the original construction is done a "rare" way...
I am thinking a GIANT slingshot on the coast of California...
Honestly I firmly believe he has been acting in bad faith all this time. It will temporarily settle my nauseous stomach during the Trump administration when they throw him into the pyre regardless of all his boot licking. Fucking centrist jellyfish AG.
Oh for sure. I wonder how many of the 5.5M they started with are even left.
They inset tile like over the toilet... so it's not getting replaced without a re-tile job. The toilet height is fine in my opinion.
Yeah, I mean it all really depends on how you define work... people don't usually quantify their free time properly
I am from the US, and was wondering if any kit works on every home toilet.
It takes little effort to make a post. Why not just be on them all?
It's not some secret, I think it was in the AP reporting. The victims took a lower offer for the asset from The Onion because they didn't want it to continue to spread hate.
My cat is stuck in a tree... And the tree has a gun!
Wow, this is entirely too plausible. Why isn't their reporting on it?
I feel like the answer to most of these open ended questions are that the taxpayers are going to waste a Yuuge! amount of money on lawsuits from a ton of different states. Things will get tied up in court, their will be rulings, rulings will be ignored, etc. If nothing else, we can rest assured we are going to see our tax dollars lit on fire. Budgets, especially states, are going to be wrecked
Right... that's why there should be a high salary and good pension for running, getting elected and serving. If you can run once and technically retire decently, it would incentivize normal people to run. Hopefully once you have enough regular folk you can ban insider trading.
But even as it is, insider trading only really helps the people with money already. What am I gonna take the pittance I have in the bank and invest it? I would only be slightly less poor, even with some amazing trades.
It's not even the bare minimum, it's dangerous. Every idiot, every American knows it applies to the total, it's never been a realistic conversation. Also, I doubt more than 15% could even tell you who he was let alone when FDR served. The illiteracy rate in America is getting really disturbing.
Him doing this is just opening the conversation, it makes it seem like he agrees that it currently reads as non consecutive... when no person acting in good faith would agree with agree with that.
I feel like these articles blowing up now is just a way to make people less interested when it eventually has to pass the Senate... manufacturing consent and all that
It's easier to convince your neighbors that it was the Republicans doing, when they have full control.
Fox news propoganda is hard to rival. I usually enter any political conversation with a conservative voter with "what are you voting for"? Usually leads to a more engaging conversation
They also lose a bunch of customers, like 1-3% of them according to differing plans.
When I really don't know the answer to something new or interesting, I have to look it up. These are both fun facts to know.
Congressman decried as ‘person of moral turpitude’ amid questions over whether Senate will confirm nomination
Maybe I am going crazy, but I have noticed a difference about ice cream and its only been Maybe the last 8-10 years was when I first noticed it.
Ice cream from the supermarket doesn't seem to melt properly, and is also way too soft. This seems most noticeable in novelties now, but also most hard ice cream as well.
Did they add some component to make it softer or less likely to freezer burn? Am I just going crazy?
(US, but I assume anywhere else where the same brands are sold have had the same issue.)
If so, how? I would like to share some videos, but I don't want the recipient to have to go to tiktok. Android
I am looking for first person shooter type games (that preferably have an active multi player base) for PS5. My preference is for more type RPG games with a lot of permanent upgrades for the weapon, character, skill, etc. The more focused on upgrade and specialization the better.
Excluding suggestions COD, Borderlands and Xdefiant.
All the communities I could find were related PC or Linux gaming. I am specifically looking for a recommended list of good FPS on PS5
Thanks for all the suggestions so far.
And batteries... but the ratio is getting out of hand.
You are going away, to some place isolated... in space, of course. You will only be around one other person. You can take an allotment if 1GB of personal media with you (text, video, music, games, pics, etc.) that you will be able to access in your free time indefinitely at will.
The other person will also take 1GB with them, but you won't be able to talk to them until you're on the journey.
You will have access to any knowledge resources to perform your function and keep you alive. You will never return to a point where you can get new external media. Any additional media you ever access would have to be created by you and or your travel partner with what you have access to.
You will also not know the sex of your partner, but they have willingly taken the same risks to embark on the journey as yourself, and will have a similar mission.
I was wondering if deaf people commonly watch movies or TV with the sound on to feel the sound/music? Or is there not a sense of enjoyment if it can't be heard?
Google and various websites says 28g of pecans is between 185 and 195 calories, how in the world are praline pecans much less calories?
I am going to eventually use Linux (although need help with a good option for gaming and video library use), but I was curious how long I could use Windows unregistered for? What are the limitations of it not registered?

I traded my cousin some really expensive RAM that I happened accross for his old desktop, that he put his graphics card into that he swapped from his newer computer. If I plug the desktop into the wall and try to turn it on nothing happens. If I open it up I can see that the where the wire from the power supply plugs into the graphics card there Is a little light on. So clearly some power is getting somewhere...
How do I go about trouble shooting this, and what tools do I need? I assume at minimum a multi meter? Not really sure what to do, it's been decades the last time I built a computer.
Board says "Asrock H110M-HDS"
Edit: Attached a Pic and noticed the light is actually on the graphics card, not motherboard. Added addtl info.
Update: So now all of the sudden the fan spins. I am at a loss as to why it spins now, as I haven't actually really done anything. I ordered a speaker for the mobo, so waiting for that.
Final update: It works! I apparently had either a bad monitor or bad display port cable. But using another monitor with DVI I was able to finally get it to fully boot!
I am not sure what got the fans to eventually work, maybe just a cable was jostled.
I really appreciate all the advice! I definitely know a lot more and feel better equipped to do things with it now.
Looking for friends to add who use a mic. Sick of playing solo or getting teamed up with people who can't or won't talk.
If this belongs elsewhere, let me know where to post.

I know Congress needs to be involved to actually declare war, but there have been a number of times where something was kicked off by presidential authority alone.
If Biden wanted to, could he start a conflict against Russia without congressional approval. If not, what approval would he need? If so, what would be the theoretical limitations to his power and military authority?
I am already assuming people would want some definition of what "conflict" would mean in this hypothetical scenario. So let's say it means Biden authorized US troops at the Ukrainian border and had them launching shells into Russia.
Let's say I hypothetically had some mice pee in some plastic components that cannot be properly cleaned in any realistic way. Is it possible to heat it up to "cook off" the mouse pee nastiness without actually melting the plastic?
