Unpopular opinion: Quetta + uBlock Origin + NextDNS works really well. The interface is very configurable and clean. Good translator, background playback, extensions, DoH...

My experience with a free account is terrible. Basically because of the time it takes for an email to be sent to Mailfence and appear in your inbox. In some cases, it took hours. I conducted the tests from Gmail, Tuta, and Proton.

The simplest thing has been to use Brave + uBlock. NewPipe doesn't allow me to search within the same channel, so I discarded it.
