I get it too. Sometimes Lemmy can get quite argumentative, but that's probably inherent to discussing things with strangers on the Internet.
I've recently tried to focus more on "casual" communities like this one, video games I like, manual hobbies I enjoy. It helps focusing on that rather than some comments arguing.
Feels good to disconnect for a few days too.
