Didn't know it before either the last segment comes from /describe but it makes for amazing pics definitely :D I went to art school but we didn't study this one it's an interesting style
I was actually trying to see if I could "cross post" from Pixelfed to here but I think it wasn't quite what I wanted to do. I'm guessing the two applications don't quite federate together yet, cause I can find my Pixelfed account here on Lemmy but I can't see the related posts
That's the thing I had Bastion from forever ago, then recently played Hades and I was like "oh my god they're all bangers" so now I have to catch up on the in between. I even un-ignored Pyre cause even if it's tagged visual novel, I got so involved in the relationship aspect of Hades that I figure eh might as well give it a shot
I've never been really "that" close to my parents, we got along really well but I never talked to them or knew much about them. Didn't help that I'm autistic and took some time to really get social and talkative.
But after I transitioned when I saw they were accepting it felt like a fresh start and I now have a mother/daughter relationship on a level that I never knew. My mom confides in me, tells me stuff my dad doesn't know, etc. And it's great to finally have this relationship now that I'm older and more mature, so I can talk to them on the same level.
Yeah it reminded me of 50s horror movie monsters, but while remaining quite scary. It was hard to pick they were all super creepy:
