I had that issue with mine, turns out there's a screen protector on the screen when you get it. once I peeled it off I was good as new, although now the screen itself is starting to wear.

concerta was the best med I had by far. after a few years I felt like it might have been getting less effective, so we upped the dose. heart didn't like that. I miss it all the time

I had this exact issue with whirlwind. it seems like it's just nerfed to hell right now, I had such an issue even making it to level 50, let alone finishing the capstone dungeon. looked all over for more builds/guides and I heard mostly the same. I hope it gets fixed soon :(
