Good day citizens of Super Earth. A new patch to aid you in your efforts is coming in. May Super Earth give you courage Overview Today's patch is dealing with the spawn rate of heavily armored Terminid enemies as well as the possible play against them. It also contains some fixes to UI elements and ...
I am very hype for this patch! One friend I play with has been very annoyed at how hard it is to handle chargers. Now that they are going to spawn less AND are easier to kill (1 EAT or Recoilless directly to the face) he should be much more interested.
We were also gone this weekend (learned how to ski, fun times!) so we haven't had much time to try the mechs yet. I played a level 4 mission with one last night and they seem to be in a good spot. They are very powerful as long as they have ammo and the amount of ammo they have is a good amount to where you can clear a few waves/bugs before they run out (of course, this was at level 4. The experience may differ at higher levels, will try that out later this week.....).
Yeah, sometimes people forget they have their party set to open (or don't know how to turn it off). I have started setting my lobby to open and picking a mission myself.
For me I cant accept the friends requests from my friends. Steam forums for the game suggest just kicking people until your ffiend can find your game. Ive only played it solo because I have3n5 been able to play with friends yet.
Matchmaking is spotty at times but usually if I log in, people hop on to my ship. Quick matchmaking tends to work fine usually as well. Sure they at times insta kick me as well its not too often.
I start a map and go into pod, 1 min later it's a full group. If you kick/afk after a map, you need to restart to get the matchmaking working again.
That said, if I want to join, the quickplay works almost always, and if not, just restart. I think the amount of players online is giving them some desync issues.
They mention recoiless and EAT being able to single shot chargers. I assume this goes for mech rockets as well becuase last I heard they were almost identical to EAT.
The other night, I saw a dropship slide across the ground. I thought my squadmate had shot it down. Looked a lot cooler than them blowing up in the air.
