Can I entirely disable picture-in-picture

Hi, let me explain. I use the addon called "Enhancer for YouTube," and one of the most important settings in this addon are those that allow me to entirely disable autoplay.

The problem is if I click into one of my playlists and then hit the back button to leave, then YouTube will use picture-in-picture mode to force a pop-up player to appear in the lower right-hand corner.

I see some settings about picture-in-picture in about:config, but so far I haven't had any luck fiddling with these settings. No matter what I've tried, the pop-up player still appears when I back out of one of my YouTube playlists and automatically starts playing.

The main thing that annoys me about this is that I frequently listen to music on YouTube while I'm working, and it's super disruptive and disrespectful for a loud video to start barking at me when I hit the back button, which in my opinion indicates that I want to leave, not that I want to watch the video. If I wanted to view a video, then I wouldn't be smashing that back button, now would I?

If someone can help, I would greatly appreciate it!
