No it doesn’t, last I checked (about a month ago) 12ft has the NYT black listed
I have this filter list installed on uBlock Origin on desktop and AdGuard on iOS, works great in both places for bypassing this.

Mildly infuriating because of the volume bar in the screenshot. You could have taken screenshot from the recents.
